Human Resources Generalist – Part-Time

The Human Resources Generalist – Part-Time role is onsite in Airway Heights, WA. Compensation is $26–$30 per hour. The generalist supports the employee lifecycle, compliance, and workplace culture through recruitment, onboarding, payroll assistance, benefits administration, employee relations, safety coordination, and internal communications. This work supports daily operations, employee experience, and organizational success.

What you'll do

• Maintain employee policies, handbook, and internal communications
• manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
• conduct exit interviews
• assist with biweekly payroll and timecard and PTO review
• administer benefits
• handle compliance items
• support performance management and employee reviews
• partner with leadership on disciplinary actions
• coordinate safety programs, training, events, and benefits renewals.
