This role transports finished goods, raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and other materials between company facilities, warehouses, customers, and suppliers. It also supports shipping and warehouse work as needed, helping maintain safe, timely deliveries and food product integrity.

What you'll do

• Transport finished goods, raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and other materials on local routes
• complete vehicle inspections and report safety or maintenance concerns
• plan routes and meet pickup and delivery appointments
• maintain transportation records and comply with DOT/FMCSA requirements
• maneuver tractors and trailers safely
• verify shipment documents and report incidents or product concerns
• operate a forklift and assist with loading, unloading, staging, and routing materials as needed
• check load security and food safety conditions.
