What you'll do

• Assist residents with oral care, bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• collect specimens
• help residents attend activities and appointments
• measure and document vital signs, weight, and height
• respond to call lights
• assist with meals and fluids
• report changes in condition
• maintain resident rooms and linens
• and document care.
