What you'll do

• Own the lifecycle of employee-facing AI platforms, including evaluation, rollout, configuration, and operations
• establish AI intake, review, and operating standards
• implement identity, access, device, and tenant-level guardrails
• operate connector and MCP allowlists
• build and operate the internal chatbot and agent control layer
• maintain AI endpoints and developer tooling
• apply SRE practices, incident response, and on-call
• instrument usage, cost, quality, and risk telemetry
• serve as senior escalation point for AI tooling issues.
