The Lift Operations Supervisor role is onsite in Plymouth, NH. Pay is $23–$25 per hour. The position leads Tenney's lift operations crew and helps keep mountain lift service safe, organized, and guest-focused.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily lift operations and safety procedures
• direct and schedule Lift Attendants
• manage guest flow
• respond to operational situations
• maintain logs
• coordinate emergency procedures and evacuations
• communicate with Lift Maintenance about starts, stops, equipment concerns, shutdowns, and reopening
• and train and coach attendants. The role does not repair or adjust lifts.
