Lead Maintenance Technician — Multifamily Property

What you'll do

• Maintain the apartment community’s overall maintenance and appearance
• complete grounds work, including trash pickup and light landscaping
• assist with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and preventive maintenance
• respond to 24-hour maintenance emergencies while on call.
