Dietary Aide

What you'll do

• Prepare food and meal items according to posted menus
• clean assigned dietary areas and equipment
• prepare snacks and nourishments between meals
• prepare and deliver refreshments for special functions
• restock storage and rotate stock
• transport supplies to the kitchen
• operate the dish machine and record temperatures
• operate kitchen equipment as needed
• fill supply requisitions for other departments
• follow policies and safety codes and attend in-service education.
