What you'll do

• Maintain and repair farm buildings, warehouse wet- and dry-mill areas, employee housing, storage, and shared workspaces
• assist with minor carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, cleaning, and repairs
• support preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of vehicles, equipment, tools, pumps, machinery, and facility systems
• maintain safe and organized work areas
• report hazards and equipment problems
• assist with debris removal, fence and gate repairs, irrigation, errands, supply pickups, and material movement
• support coffee receiving, weighing, packing, sewing, stowing, sorting, drying, lot identification, and inventory
• assist with fertilizing and pesticide application only as assigned and under company procedures and safety requirements.
