The role partners with the CEO, Board, clinical leadership, and program teams to support sound decisions, manage risk, and sustain organizational health.

What you'll do

• Lead financial management, budgeting, forecasting, accounting controls, audits, and board reporting
• oversee facilities, technology systems, compliance, and risk management
• lead HR and talent systems, payroll, and benefits administration
• strengthen operational processes and cross-team coordination
• develop staff and support strategic planning.
