What you'll do

• Own full-cycle hiring for GTM and business roles, including intake, calibration, sourcing, candidate assessment, offer strategy, and closing
• flex to G&A requisitions as bandwidth allows
• advise hiring managers on role scope, leveling, compensation bands, interview design, and decision quality
• manage recruiting funnels and timelines using metrics
• collaborate with People Ops/HRBPs, Finance, and Legal
• improve recruiting tools, processes, and market intelligence.
