The Human Resources Generalist — 3rd Shift is an onsite, full-time role in Germantown, WI, with compensation of $65,000–$75,000 per year. The position supports employees and leaders in Gehl Foods’ fast-paced manufacturing operation. The generalist handles employee relations and partners with operational leaders on performance, compliance, retention, and workforce needs. The role also supports HR administration and initiatives that help maintain consistent employment practices across a 24/7 operation.

What you'll do

• Advise on employee relations, investigations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation
• partner with leaders on performance management, corrective action, promotions, transfers, terminations, pay changes, and retention
• manage attendance, progressive discipline, and 30-60-90-day reviews
• support engagement, recognition, surveys, and coaching
• maintain employment-law, policy, reporting, safety, and GMP compliance
• assist with payroll, compensation, benefits, recruitment, training, time-off administration, documentation, agency claims, and legal investigations
• provide flexible HR support for a 24/7 operation.
