What you'll do

• Work with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies
• source, attract, and schedule hourly candidates
• build and maintain candidate pipelines for production and administrative roles
• keep candidates informed about application status and next steps
• communicate recruitment progress and challenges to HR and hiring managers
• monitor industry trends and recommend process improvements.
