What you'll do

• Coordinate and schedule video shoots with freelance videographers nationwide
• maintain production calendars, spreadsheets, and project schedules
• prepare and distribute shoot materials and work orders
• confirm shoots and communicate schedule changes
• assist producers with administrative tasks and client communications
• recruit and coordinate freelance videographers
• review footage for completeness and technical quality
• track invoices, typically 10–15 per week
• follow up on outstanding tasks
• and support workflow improvements.
