What you'll do

• Plan, implement, and manage Commercial Service workforce activities
• support gross profit objectives through field productivity, scheduling, billings, and cost control
• supervise personnel deployment and materials coordination
• manage indirect costs and expenses
• ensure service work meets client and company parameters
• provide sales support to field technicians
• prepare client proposals
• set schedules and resource utilization
• direct workforce activities to generate sales
• hire, develop, and manage employees and performance reviews
• prepare budgets, manage revenues and expenses, acquire customers, and report results
• authorize department expenditures
• may plan, schedule, service, program, or install fire alarm systems and panels.
