What you'll do

• Coordinate, manage, and implement the infection prevention and control program
• provide training and supervision
• conduct compliance audits
• develop action plans for regulatory compliance and safety
• collaborate with employees on infection prevention planning
• work with the Corporate Clinical Education Specialist on policies, procedures, protocols, and training programs
• use surveillance, data collection, and trending to identify healthcare-associated infections.
