What you'll do

• Lead and develop the I&E engineering team
• maintain asset strategies
• drive reliability improvements and corrective actions
• govern engineering standards and designs
• establish asset-health and reliability KPIs
• coordinate with operations, maintenance, projects, safety, IT/OT, supply chain, and contractors
• lead outage and turnaround support
• serve as technical authority for electrical distribution and instrumentation
• manage budgets and contracted engineering services.
