Development Officer

The Development Officer role is onsite in Las Vegas, NV. Compensation is not specified. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend hours for fundraising events and up to six Saturday food distribution events annually. The officer builds relationships and coordinates fundraising initiatives to strengthen organizational support for the mission. Donor cultivation, campaign support, accurate records, and event coordination help sustain the organization’s community programs and services.

What you'll do

• Cultivate relationships with donors, prospective supporters, corporate sponsors, and community partners
• support campaigns, solicitation, sponsorships, and development initiatives
• research donors and funding opportunities
• manage assigned donor relationships and projects
• coordinate outreach, meetings, tours, presentations, and follow-up
• maintain donor records in Neon CRM
• track engagement and prepare reports
• assist with fundraising events and represent the organization at community events.
