Material Handler

The Material Handler role is onsite in Rogers, MN, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Pay is $20 per hour. The position supports STERIS warehouse operations and timely, accurate customer shipments. The role handles order picking, stocking, packaging, inventory movements, and shipment preparation, coordinating with Customer Service, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Inventory Control. Its work helps maintain accurate material flow and safe, timely delivery while supporting continuity across warehouse functions.

What you'll do

• Pick required materials using a forklift or other material-handling equipment
• verify picked items for accuracy and condition
• load and unload trucks
• package, palletize, and label shipments, including dangerous-goods and international paperwork
• perform physical and ERP goods movements
• process stock transfers and material requests
• replenish production and other assigned areas
• follow control procedures and policies
• promote a safe work environment
• learn or assist in other warehouse areas as assigned.
