What you'll do

• Prepare meals according to menus, recipes, dietary, and sanitation guidelines
• set up and break down work areas
• keep stations clean and sanitized
• coordinate timely meal service
• check and restock food
• follow health and safety regulations
• participate in food-handling training
• handle and store cleaning supplies safely
• assist with kitchen operations.
