Customer Returns Specialist

What you'll do

• Process equipment returns and enter details into internal systems
• create and manage work orders for repairs, calibrations, and certifications
• communicate with customers about return authorizations, repair charges, and approvals
• coordinate with internal departments and vendors
• review repair and calibration documentation
• track turnaround times and follow up on vendor repairs and invoices
• document process issues or quality concerns
• handle approximately 25 customer interactions per day.
