What you'll do

• Lead and supervise the U.S. software team and global contractors
• plan and prioritize delivery
• evaluate legacy systems and define architecture for platform modernization
• develop and maintain applications that interact with photonics, industrial, and measurement hardware
• integrate instrumentation through the native hardware abstraction library
• build measurement, calibration, and data-acquisition applications
• develop desktop software using JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frameworks
• translate user and system requirements into software
• collaborate with stakeholders on usability, performance, and system design
• manage multiple projects while contributing technically.
