Apartment Maintenance Technician II

Job overview

The Apartment Maintenance Technician II role is onsite in Duluth, GA, at a 220-unit apartment community. Pay is $24–$27 per hour, with monthly renewal bonuses in addition to base pay. The technician supports residents by completing apartment and appliance repairs. The role keeps the community’s homes and shared property in working order through maintenance diagnosis and repairs. Duties span heating and air conditioning, electrical and plumbing systems, appliances, and building features; the schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with weekends as circumstances warrant and emergency on-call duty every other week.

What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair heating and air conditioning systems, electrical and plumbing issues, appliances, stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings, flooring, and ceiling leaks
• respond to maintenance needs at the apartment community.
