What you'll do

• Provide customer service while following site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities
• respond professionally to incidents, tenant concerns, access issues, and critical situations
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas
• monitor access points and report security concerns, maintenance hazards, and policy violations
• document patrols, incidents, and daily activities and communicate relevant information to leadership and site contacts.
