What you'll do

• Execute store operating plans and daily operations
• lead promotions, events, book signings, displays, and advertising
• coordinate course-material activities
• review store financials and manage shrink targets
• approve markups, markdowns, and write-offs within guidelines
• protect company assets and maintain safety and policy compliance
• coordinate campus outreach and events
• recruit, train, coach, and develop team members
• maintain customer service standards and handle escalated complaints
• keep the store orderly
• may oversee a café or convenience store and ensure food-safety compliance.
