What you'll do

• Direct and supervise the Human Resources Department.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, job descriptions, performance evaluations, personnel records, and transaction procedures.
• Coordinate staffing requests, interviews, hiring, onboarding, payroll, wage administration, and employee relations.
• Ensure employment and facility requirements are met, including documentation, licenses, training records, workers’ compensation, OSHA, and HIPAA-related responsibilities.
• Support staff development, safety programs, investigations, leave administration, and reporting to the Administrator.
