What you'll do

• Safely transfer clients
• assist with bathing, grooming, and mobility devices
• change linens, do light laundry, and keep living areas clean and hazard-free
• provide medication reminders and record basic vitals or observations
• engage clients through reading, reminiscence, or simple chair exercises
• document care notes
• and report changes to an RN or Care Supervisor.
