What you'll do

• Apply financial analysis and government pricing strategies to proposals
• perform rate analysis, price-to-win analysis, cost realism and reasonableness assessments, data-driven estimating, and cost estimating relationships
• develop cost narratives aligned with RFP requirements
• analyze solicitation terms and participate in reviews
• collaborate with subject matter experts on labor estimates
• present pricing assumptions, summaries, and risks
• maintain proposal data and documentation.
