Night Audit Agent

The Night Audit Agent role is onsite in Sisters, OR, supporting guests and homeowners at Black Butte Ranch during overnight hours. Pay starts at $20 per hour, based on experience. The role is part of the resort’s Guest Services team at a destination resort with lodging, restaurants, recreation, and other amenities. The agent handles guest services and nightly accounting, including check-ins, check-outs, transactions, and revenue reconciliation. Accurate records and responsive assistance support resort operations and guests’ stays.

What you'll do

• Welcome and assist guests and homeowners
• process check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and transactions
• complete nightly accounting and reconcile revenue
• maintain guest information in the property management system
• answer questions and resolve concerns
• share information about resort activities and amenities
• coordinate with other departments.

Why this role
