What you'll do

• Review accounts payable and expense transactions for accuracy, coding, and policy compliance
• assist with job costing and allocations
• support accounts receivable, cash applications, account research, collections, and reconciliations
• prepare monthly balance-sheet reconciliations
• support month- and year-end close
• investigate discrepancies
• assist with fixed assets and prepaid schedules
• support audits and financial reporting
• identify process and internal-control improvements
• participate in management-requested projects.
