What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop mortgage servicing staff
• establish departmental goals and service standards
• coordinate work assignments and priorities
• oversee closing, post-closing, loan boarding, and servicing
• ensure loans are funded, boarded, maintained, and serviced in line with bank policy and investor requirements
• resolve complex servicing issues
• support audits, examinations, and quality control
• monitor production, quality, turnaround times, and performance
• lead workflow, technology, and policy improvements
• collaborate with Lending, Compliance, Accounting, IT, Secondary Market, and Loan Administration.
