Enterprise Field Service Manager, Construction

What you'll do

• Conduct pre-installation site surveys and kickoff meetings
• oversee multiple deployment crews, schedules, and resources
• perform QA/QC inspections
• validate functional acceptance test plans and commissioning
• enforce OSHA, NFPA, IFC, and R-56 standards
• coach crews
• lead customer communication
• manage permitting and AHJ coordination
• maintain project documentation
• monitor job costs and support billing
• provide branch-level field leadership as needed.
