What you'll do

• Coordinate logistics programs and onboarding
• support order control and fulfillment
• execute shipment transactions and bookings
• validate trade, customs, and dangerous-goods documentation
• monitor shipments and resolve exceptions
• respond to customer inquiries

• coordinate vendors and 3PLs
• monitor service levels
