What you'll do

• Answer calls, chats, and texts through the 988 Lifeline and 414-LINK line
• establish rapport
• assess suicide and other safety risks
• coordinate wellness checks or mobile crisis response when appropriate
• provide resource and referral options
• complete documentation and data collection
• coordinate with BH Link clinicians, 911 dispatch, and municipalities
• attend required meetings and training.
