Quality Assurance Senior Associate — Plant Quality Assurance

The Quality Assurance Senior Associate role is onsite in West Greenwich, RI, with compensation of $26–$27.84 per hour. The position works rotating shifts of approximately 12 hours, 6:45 AM–7:00 PM, with alternating weekly workdays. It provides plant quality assurance oversight for bulk drug substance manufacturing operations. The associate supports compliant manufacturing by reviewing records, monitoring operations on the floor, and helping teams address deviations and quality risks in real time. The role helps ensure products and processes meet current regulations and cGMP requirements while maintaining accurate, complete documentation.

What you'll do

• Provide quality oversight of bulk drug substance manufacturing operations
• review and approve GMP documentation, including electronic logbooks, reports, work orders, and batch records
• manage interim and reject cages
• ensure products and processes comply with applicable regulations and cGMP
• document deviations
• verify production records and test results are complete and accurate
• alert management to quality, compliance, supply, and safety risks
• collaborate with the PQA shift.
