Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Perform maintenance and repairs on buildings, hotel rooms, laundry and kitchen/refrigeration equipment, lighting, and heating and air-conditioning systems
• maintain the pool and its equipment
• perform preventive maintenance
• respond to urgent after-hours requests
• inspect and repair building systems
• test safety systems
• handle room maintenance requests
• follow up on alarms and report hazards or emergencies.
