Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)

The Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) position is onsite, providing care in patients’ homes in Virginia Beach and surrounding areas. Compensation is $80,000–$90,000 per year. The role supports Interim HealthCare’s home health services, including one-to-one patient care.

What you'll do

• Provide in-home care to patients with illnesses, injuries, and chronic diseases, often following discharge from a hospital, rehabilitation, or nursing facility.
• Assess patients, document progress, report changes to physicians, educate patients on care plans and prescribed medication, therapy, diet, and exercise, coach family members on care and home safety, oversee LPNs, CNAs, and aides, and coordinate care goals and discharge from services.
