What you'll do

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close and deliver GAAP-compliant financial statements
• maintain general ledgers and charts of accounts
• review receivables, payables, reconciliations, accruals, journal entries, and intercompany activity
• maintain internal controls
• direct the accounting team’s daily work
• manage tax and business-license filings
• coordinate with external CPA firms on tax filings, reviews, and audits
• onboard acquired entities
• develop standard procedures and close-tracking tools
• partner with finance, operations, sales, procurement, HR, and legal.
