What you'll do

• Execute and optimize promotional, lifecycle, and triggered email and SMS campaigns
• set up, quality-check, schedule, and deploy campaigns and flows
• support audience segmentation and targeting
• maintain campaign calendars
• monitor channel performance and analyze results
• support A/B testing
• assist with loyalty campaigns, reporting, and member-behavior analysis
• help build retention reports and dashboards
• coordinate with cross-functional teams on assets and launches.
