The Facilities and Custodial Technician role is onsite in San Marcos, CA, supporting the Elan Northwoods and Elan Paseo Vista apartment communities; pay is $20–$22. CONAM Management operates and supports apartment communities and focuses on resident quality of life.\n\nThe technician helps maintain property appearance and operations through cleaning, grounds care, painting, maintenance support, and unit turnover work. The role responds to service requests, documents work, follows safety procedures, and assists residents with service concerns and after-hours emergencies.

What you'll do

• Maintain common areas and remove trash from vacant units
• check locks and gates
• paint and maintain clean work areas
• clean property spaces and manage supplies
• assist with equipment upkeep and service requests
• maintain tools and inventory
• support make-ready tasks
• document service requests and report hazards
• build rapport with residents and handle complaints
• assist with after-hours emergencies.
