What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day work direction for ICQA Cycle Counters and Specialist I associates.
• Conduct advanced inventory discrepancy research and root cause analysis.
• Analyze operational trends and build reporting tools using Excel and Tableau.
• Supervise cycle counts, bin audits, and quality checks.
• Facilitate training on operational SOPs.
• Plan physical inventory events.
• Collaborate with department leaders to enhance KPI performance.
• Ensure safety and food-safety compliance.
