What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-control, and building-management systems
• conduct assigned inspections
• troubleshoot and repair facility systems
• communicate with managers, tenants, vendors, employees, and visitors
• recommend equipment upgrades and facility improvements
• travel locally between assigned properties
• maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles
• assist with construction projects and disaster recovery.
