What you'll do

• Greet customers and provide inclusive, personalized service
• learn product stories, sizing, and fit
• support point-of-sale and mobile point-of-sale transactions
• keep the sales floor stocked, clean, and organized
• adapt to different store zones
• respond professionally to coaching and change
• help meet store goals
• communicate and collaborate with team members
• remain active and accessible to customers throughout scheduled shifts
• lift, carry, and move items up to 40 pounds regularly.

Why this role

Availability is required during blackout periods November 22–30, 2026, and December 18, 2026–January 3, 2027. Weekend availability of at least 14 hours across Saturday and Sunday, including at least one closing shift, is required; three closing shifts across weekends, weekdays, and holidays are also required. Weekly hours are not guaranteed.
