Project Controls Manager

What you'll do

• Monitor project controls and monthly reporting data
• report planned and earned value milestones and percent complete
• attend status meetings and update forecasts and schedules
• summarize performance metrics and recommend resolutions
• develop and update Integrated Master Schedules
• advise stakeholders
• maintain schedule integrity with project managers and construction firms
• track change orders
• produce monthly reports
• support contract administration
• prepare baseline schedules
• conduct resource loading and leveling
• consolidate contractor schedules
• assess critical-path impacts
• monitor deviations and variances
• facilitate planning and risk assessment sessions when required
• maintain records of scope changes and trends
• liaise with clients and consultants
• implement reporting best practices.
