Solutions Architect Director

What you'll do

• Manage the US engineering team, including performance, hiring, onboarding, and development
• establish team structure and progression frameworks
• own architectural vision and technical standards
• lead design reviews and serve as technical escalation point
• oversee uptime, SLA performance, monitoring, alerting, and incident response
• lead post-incident reviews and remediation
• address technical debt and scalability risks
• coordinate knowledge transfer with overseas development resources
• support project intake, Agile/Scrum delivery, sprint planning, and delivery reviews
• partner with business leaders on requirements and timelines
• contribute to technology budgets and manage vendors and contractors.
