Service Desk Technician

What you'll do

• Answer and log requests by phone, email, Teams, and support portal
• troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, Outlook, printers, scanners, peripherals, and basic connectivity
• handle password resets, account unlocks, and multifactor authentication issues
• fulfill standard onboarding, offboarding, access, software, and hardware requests
• document tickets and resolutions
• escalate advanced issues
• recognize and escalate suspected security incidents
• help set up and deploy devices.
