What you'll do

• Lead electrical work in compliance with safety policies, MSHA regulations, and NFPA 70E.
• Supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of medium/low voltage systems, motors, drives, PLCs, and instrumentation.
• Coordinate electrical support for shutdowns and capital projects.
• Manage work orders via CMMS and provide coaching to electrical technicians.
