CFSP Care Manager Supervisor

The CFSP Care Manager Supervisor role is onsite in Charlotte, NC; compensation is not specified. Community Care of North Carolina is contracted to provide statewide care management for Healthy Blue Care Together members receiving adoption assistance through the Children and Families Specialty Plan. The supervisor oversees care managers and supports fidelity to the CFSP care-management model, coordinating physical health, behavioral health, and social services. The role promotes quality, coordinated service delivery and program outcomes through staff supervision, care-plan review, quality improvement, and collaboration with multidisciplinary partners.

• conduct quality audits
• supervise, recruit, orient, evaluate, coach, and develop staff
