What you'll do

• Manage direct consumer loan files from approval through funding
• audit loan documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• review loan terms and funding requirements with members
• inspect indirect dealership loan packages
• oversee daily ACH funding to dealership accounts
• follow up on missing documents and corrections
• maintain disbursement records and lending system data
• prioritize work across channels
• escalate exceptions within authority limits
• collaborate with underwriting, branches, and lending staff.
