What you'll do

• Enter charge data and maintain Patient Keeper files
• review TES and department work files
• correct clearinghouse rejections and resubmit claims
• generate and submit electronic claims
• resolve billing discrepancies with providers and administrative staff
• respond to patient billing inquiries
• investigate denials and payment variances
• submit corrected claims and appeals
• work aging reports
• adjust claims and process refunds.
