Meat Cutter — Part Time

Job overview

The Meat Cutter role is onsite in Fort Myers, FL. Pay is $18–$24 per hour. The role supports the store’s meat department by preparing and merchandising meat products to company standards and serving customers.

What you'll do

• Cut and package authorized beef, pork, and poultry using knives and power equipment
• wrap, weigh, price, and label meat
• update displays and case signs
• maintain product rotation and storage
• prepare attractive display cases
• receive, inspect, and store deliveries while maintaining the cold chain
• meet sanitation and quality standards
• follow food safety, inventory, and store procedures. May assist with product ordering and may be assigned to more than one store.
